several computer server systems that will handle 200, to 500
and eventually up to 10,000 simultaneous video
transmissions... Build a small hosting facility to house
these servers. Cover operation costs of admin &

have the talent and technology to build and administer the
massive user database, featuring automated billing, etc. But
we need more talent, development and more

years of effort & investment they made while working to
